Description:
"The Valley That Feeds the Nation" is a mural that depicts
Soledad as a major contributor of agricultural products for America
and the world. Advances in agriculture are reflected in the mural
by a grower holding a lap-top, a tractor, and a futuristic machine.
The image of the two children and the women holding strawberries
illustrates the practical importance of a strong agricultural
community. This mural also includes Soledad's national monument-the
Pinnacles.
